Shipping Policy
Orders are processed weekdays (excluding public holidays), orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is completed, and another email notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping within New Zealand is free for orders over $29.00, and there is a charge of $4.99 for orders under $29.00.

The delivery standard for orders within the South Island is overnight to urban areas (including Post Haste branches). Please allow 2-3 days extra for Rural delivery.

The delivery standard for orders to the North Island is up to 2 business days to be delivered to urban areas (including Post Haste branches). Please allow 2-3 days extra for Rural delivery.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including delays in the Post Haste courier network, we will do our best to inform you of these delays as they become apparent.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most areas of the world, and pass on shipping costs at cost - we don't make a profit on these charges!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
​
Orders for personal use are not usually subject to import duties and taxes by Customs, but if these are incurred once a shipment reaches your country these are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tru2u.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds and returns
We unconditionally stand behind our products - if you are unhappy for any reason, send it back to us for a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tru2u.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Make sure you keep the packaging and the damaged product, as Post Haste may need to see these before they accept a claim.
